ZAREEF - 4 MONTHS
|
|
Zareef 4th month...
Milestones:
1) Learning to roll over
2) Can hold and play with toys.. Love getting everything in his mouth! 
3) First time shaving off his hair.. like a little soldier!
4) Lots of baby talk...and laugh a lot too.. 
5) Knows how to shout a lot!! Especially when he doesnt get what he wants.. hehe

BIRTHDAY BBQ WITH FRIENDS
|
|
BBQ.. like old times while in USA.. Thought we want to have a simple BBQ with friends, like we always did in USA. It coincides with my birthday, so alang2 birthday BBQ la sekali.. actually, it was belated birthday party.. I celebrated together with Diana, whose birthday is a day before me (a year older) and my friend's sister, whose birthday is actually that day! Talk about 'langkah kanan'..
It was really fun.. Food is good.. I cooked some spaghetti and few people brought food also so we have tons of food... Due to some miscommunication, we have two cakes!! One from my mom, and another from my husband.. Kononnyer nak suprise la.. kan terus ada dua kek.. hehe..
Should do this more often!

ANOTHER MARHABAN - KOTA DAMANSARA

Another marhaban.. this time in Kota Damansara. My mother-in-law wanted to play a part in the action too..
But compared to Pontian, this ceremony is conducted by women. So, I got the chance to hold Zareef while they cut his hair, again..

ZAREEF - MARHABAN & AQIQAH IN PONTIAN, JOHOR
|
|
Time for Marhaban and also Aqiqah.. We slaughtered one goat for Zareef, still have one more to slaughter.. maybe next year. It was held in Pontian, Johor (my father's kampung). Same place where our wedding kenduri was held too. They are great.. they prepared everything.. It was for before Ramadhan kenduri also.. So, they just combined both kenduris together.
Zareef is quite well-behaved. Rilek je.. Maybe he doesn't really care that so many people were excited to cut his lovely hair. There was this one makcik who cut his hair a lot! Nak kasi botak ke? hehe.. Alhamdulillah, got his aqiqah done (almost.. another half still waiting.. maybe in KL, for his birthday! )

ZAREEF TWO MONTHS NOW...

How time flies.... Zareef is now two months old!!!!
another visit to the doctor, another shot.. Can't believe how fast he is growing!
Today is my last week at home.. Next week, start kerja!!! Although berat hati nak tinggalkan si Zareef ni, kena lah carik duit utk Zareef.. Lagipun dok rumah ni macam bum pulak, tak produktif lansung!! hehe..

ExxonMobil Community Project
|
|
Geosciences and Subsurface Department of ExxonMobil organized a charity carnival for orphanage around KL. It was quite fun. There were a lot of creative games like F1, The Matrix and much more... Also, I met with my colleagues after almost two months off!! Everyone was quite pleased to see me (I think  ).. I was excited to see them also, but I am not excited to get back to work.. hehe.. Good Job to the committee... If not for my pregnancy, I will be glad to be part of it!!

OUTING WITH FRIENDS

We had dinner with one of our best friends, Shahrul and his girlfriend Surini.. Shahrul is studying at Cardiff, Wales and is on a holiday now. So, it was great to spend time with them. We had dinner at a Korean BBQ Restaurant.. sedapp.. kenyang giler malam tu..
